On Wednesday, October 12, 2022, October 12, 2022, The Principal of IPRC Huye Lt. Col. Dr. TWABAGIRA Barnabe presided over the swearing-in of new Guild Council and handover between it and the outgoing one. In his remarks, He urged the incoming Guild Council and students in general to work hard in order to achieve more and keep being disciplined.
